I am an intern student in the lab of Michal Segoli, at Ben Gurion University of the Negev. I hold a BSc in Agriculture and an MSc in Agriculture and Biotechnology, with a research background in plant physiology, ecology, and environmental stress biology.
My current research focuses on the ecological characterization of widow spider species in greenhouse-associated environments. The project investigates species-specific differences in microhabitat use, web architecture, prey accumulation, reproductive traits, and nest-associated microclimatic conditions. Through field surveys and environmental monitoring, the work aims to better understand the ecological interactions and habitat preferences of co-occurring widow spider species under natural and human-modified conditions.
